Here is Phoenix, my 03 runs about $1400 a year. My wife's Durango is $800 a year, and my Samurai is $2-300 a year.

Fullcoverage on the first 2, $1000 deductible, and a long term State Farm customer.

Phoenix is considered top 3 cities on stolen cars, too.

We've shopped around, and this is the cheapest by a long shot.

I pay like 330-350 every 6 months. Thats with full coverage, but the truck has a flatbed and tagged as a farm vehicle. Oh and my mom is the primary driver listed on the insurance since I'm 20. I've only had one warning so far. I have got off on a few tickets by just being lucky I guess.

Fred Swanson-

I'm in Phoenix area too... Mesa near McKellips and Mesa Drive.

Progressive is charging me $231/month for '98. 5 dodge and '85 chevy 1/2 ton pickup.

Wife got a ticket for oozing thru a postive stop and I have a left over ticket for being tailend charlie on a 6 car pileup on Loop 202 in 4:30 PM destruction derby race home.

Got co-worker out by you. Richard Manso, works with me at Phoenix Fire Department.

I have not shopped around on the Dodge yet. But before i owned it i did some major shopping and Auto Owners saved me $500 on my house, $200 on my snowmobiles and $400 on all of my auto's.

My agent is a friend of a friend deal. He has been right up front so far. For some reason this Dodge has a very high insurance score. I will check around anyway.

If not i am keeping it anyway. It will just take me longer to save for my DTT trans :D

DATS WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT! HEHEHHEHEHEEHEH

Hey your moma can loan you the vehicle right?

My insurance went up to when I bought my 97, but only $15 more than a 97 chev 1/2 ton. I figured it was the 3/4 ton difference

Consider yourselves lucky, I was paying almost $5000/yr last year for a speeding ticket and an accident. This year it dropped to $1700/yr with a good driver discount because I don't have anything left on my record. That's still pretty steep, but I have good coverage and my truck seems to be a magnet for hit and runs when I'm not in it. So I'm definately getting my money's worth out the the insurance company. They've paid out about $15,000 so far, with two comp claims. :D

I was paying $1200 every 6months with state farm until I tured 21 then it went to $1000 a year. Am I a safer driver now than when I was when I was 20? I'm not sure but I'm sure they sacked me for $$$ for a few years.

I don't know about being a safe driver or not Zach, Ive seen you drive terring up the streets of K falls. lol

I pay $439. 00 a year for my 2001 ctd. But then I'm getting to be an oldster.

Im with AIG and i'm paying $1650/year for 2 vehicles. I just put my 85 toyota 4x4 on as my primary and switched my 96 CTD to the secondary driver since it see's the mud more than the street. Oh and $1650 is for liability on both. Im also only 21 but since i work for a school district, AIG takes part in the NJEA discount program which helps me out alot. I was paying $1320/year on just my Ram but when i added my toyota and made it the primary vehicle, The Ram dropped to right around $525/yr and the toyota makes up the rest at right around $1k.

My wife and I pay for NOW 3 Cummins... . LOL... Just short of $1000 every 6 mos for all three of them. The but kicker is for some reason they consider her truck a luxury vehicle because of the leather seats and wood grain dash. I think that sucks personally but we checked 4 different agencies and they all said the same thing. So what are ya gonna do?... LOL

You will find that rates are also higher where there is a higher concentration of lawyers per capita. Look at California and New Jersey, compared to Wyoming or North Dakota. If you look at insurance company annual reports you will find they are not ripping you off. Most only stay ahead by their investment income. You all know the market has not been doing all that well. Wisconsin has a very good insurance environment compared to others. I pay $497 annually, full coverage, 47 years old , no violations.

I pay 2200 a year on mine. I'm 23, nothing on my record, not married. I get screwed. 1000 deductible too. My rates went up when I turned 22 because they said the 22 age bracket is a higher risk.

I've got the good driver discount of about 50 bucks a year. What a joke. State Farm.

Geico and Progressive want about 30% more out of me. Lower rates my ***.

I pay about $840 through State Farm for my 1995 2500. I have a very good record--no tickets, no accidents for over 10 years.

When I had my 1 Ton Ford Dually farm truck insured with State Farm--it was registered on a "local farm use" plate--that means I had to keep it within a 25 mile radius of my farm unless I was strictly on farm business--anyway when I was insuring it last year... it was costing me $36 a year! Yes Thirty-Six Dollars a year! I had to agree to put less than 2,000 miles annually on it.

Mine went up $12 from my 2000 to the 2004,1550 per year my dodge and the wifes F150 and that is AAA.

I am going to do some shopping and see if I can get some discounts.

$5762. 00 annually here. Of course that's for commercial insurance with 1Million liability, 100,00 cargo, medical, uninsured motorist, with $500 deductable. Really not to bad, that's for both trucks the 02 & the 03. Would like to pay a lot less though...
