I am curious if anyone if getting really good insurance rates on their 3rd Gen? I have receieved quotes in the area of $1,000 for six months and thats with no tickets, no claims, etc. Any one getting some great rates?

I pay around $365/6 months with no tickets, claims, etc. State is Ohio, company is USAA. However, I just made a $450 claim, so we'll see how high they jack up the rates.

i guess a little depends on your age. 45 with good record and multi-car / $459 for the year... full coverage.

mine is like $220 a month since im still under 25 and that is with no tickets or accidents. they rape us down in louisiana.

I am 31 years old with no hits on the driving record. I Insure with AIS(Mercury) and mine is about 450. 00 for 6 months. I was with GEICO and it was DOUBLE!!! I have nearly the highest coverages you can have as well. Might give them a try.

AAA all the way

I am male, 29, and insured with AAA. My price is $1,100 for a year with the highest coverage. However, this includes a multi vehicle, select professional, good driver and garage parking discount. I live approximately 15 miles to the south of roperteacher. I would say our policies are equivalent.

$347 every six months w/ State Farm. A few discounts for multiple vehicles, being free, other insurance w/ them, etc. I am 29. I can't get it any cheaper!!

wawanesa... based in san diego.

been with them for about 14 years. My wife has had 2 healthy claims in that time... they didn't gouge our rates. highest rating for a company. I asked my Farmers agent about them, he said they are a solid company. They are worth calling

Bummer. They are only in Cali and Oregon.

This was for my 01 when I had it:

27 yr old married male, no tickets, no accidents, multicar discount: $288 every 6 months for full coverage. Shelter Insurance

36 male, 36 female

2001 Dodge 2500

2004 Dodge 2500

2004 CM Dakota Horsey trailer

Clean driving record

No claims in 14 years

$1000 deductible

500,000/1,000,000 limits on most everything

$1000 every 6 months

Mesa, AZ: stolen truck capitol of the world and full of mouthbreathing bluehaired old farts (they suck driving)

I think your rates depend a lot on your zip code. When I moved from Colorado Springs to northern Colorado, my rates dropped just over 30%. I have all my insurance (truck, cars, house) with Farmers and the '03 1 ton is around $390 for 6 months.
