I just ordered a 60mm compressor and 16cm exhaust housing for my turbo from steve at Gillett diesel. Does anyone know what size reducers I need to adapt this to a stock air cleaner and intercooler? I have an afe filter w 2 4" inlets to the stock housing, I figure I'll run it for now... I wanted to get the hoses before the turbo gets here so the truck isn't down waiting for parts.

I assume it's a 2. 5 to 3" and a 4 to 5" ?

The truck is a 93 D250 :)

If you have a 60mm impellar wheel, the inlets are the same size as the stock 54mm H1C- you shouldnt need any adaptors for an intercooled truck. Just take off your filter hose, install your new turbo, and go on.

Thanks Daniel. This is a stage II or III they are calling it at gillett, Steve said that I would need new hoses but I forgot to ask what size. I'm not doubting you, it's just different from what he said

This is right off Gillett's site,

"60mm inducer Compressor Housing and

Wheel combination.

New Holset Comp. Wheel & Housing combination. Largest available Holset housing and wheel combination that will bolt to the turbo. Great flow capability. Adds map width enhancement slot.

4” inlet hose and a 2. 5” outlet hose size. "
