Intake Heater(about to buy the farm?)

I need some help concerning my intake heater, its the two connections coming to the back of it; one of them is real rusted.

And when it cycles it arcs and the rubber cover is melted! It is the one closet the valve covers. I tried to get the nut off but it is so rusted the stud turns too! What should I do?

Look at the thread called glow plugs. It has most of the part numbers you need.



The way you talked about the condition of yours. I would probably replace it. If it was mine.
