Fuel Additive that Works!!!!

Smarty the start of an new era.

Good to hear , I believe in the CFM+ , Glad someone took the time to do this test that was totally independent of all 3 companies. CFM+ made in USA by Americans

Too bad one of Richards GDP horns could not have been available for testing. Seat of the pants tells me it's worth the money!

As I think I mentioned on another thread, I think the GDP is similar in design to the CFM, so it should be close. The CFM material is likely better at heat insulation, but aside from that, I would assume his works pretty well also.

E7, you have PM also.

We tested the Grid delete on a stock 2003 HO with a 6-speed. Basically no mods except a Predator tuner. The grid alone made a little. Article is up on our website under "Diesel Projects"

I'm curious, why do the gains drop off around 2600rpm? Is that their let out of the throttle point, or an actual loss? I'm hoping let out of it point, otherwise that would be dissappointing.

is there any plans to do some testing with the banks high ram in the future??? i'd like to see what it brings

ALways happy to test stuff, but previous testing by another shop I know yielded a loss of about 8hp with the Banks and nobody wanted to pony up for one, so we didnt test it. If someone in the area has one or wants to get one, let me know, we'll work out some dyno time!

ALways happy to test stuff,

Erik, please let me know when you get the sensor for your dyno that you are missing. I would like to schedule a dyno run with the GDP versus stock intake on my otherwise stock 2005 CTD. It can be at the same time when you do a 30k service on my truck, but I want to make sure that you can do the dyno at the same time as I need to travel 3 hours to get to you guys.

You can PM me if you want.

Not sure what the deal is/was with the site, the webmaster is checking it out.

Forrest, While I agree that the plastic would be more likely to have an issue at high boost pressure (as a couple of examples would seem to indicate) they are hardly "Fragile" . I think since most folks dont have 60psi of boost, this would never be an issue and they should not shy away from a cost-effective mod that delivers the goods.
Please note that I have no commercial affiliation with CFM+ or the other intake vendors, and that they all seem to help (albeit at vastly different levels)
