Hey Stan - What's that shiny thing in front of your turbo?? Is that one of ours? I didn't know you got one - I'm guessing from PDR? Looks gooood, so does yours too Scott! Each engine bay is different - your Black one looks sweet in there.

Geeze I miss my truck - I gotta get it repaired..... and then start the build.

GL, were you at Piers last fall for the get together? If you were did we meet? My memory pretty much sucks and I don't remember like I used to.



I sure would like to get the engine cleaned and painted like yours. Hell, gotta get the oil leaks stopped first! Have one on the cover under the intake plenum that is not major but just enough to mess up that side(along with the breather tube!)



Has anyone had the air inlet bell to the engine chromed? I ordered a second gen inlet and was going to see if I could get it mounted but said the heck with it and sent it back. Can't find any first gen ones that are chromed already.

No, I have never been West of Texas. You have some really nice pics in the PRD 1st Gen Day event web site.



You guys have a sharp eye. No fan/shroud because this week I have been installing the 60# valve springs and have to turn the engine over a bunch. I use the dampener bolts to turn in running direction and simply follow the fireing order.



Fan will be in very soon!!!!!
