Valves look fine, can't see anything wrong with the valve seat. Piston looks brand new
After you adjusted that valve to proper clearance, how long did you run the engine?
Did it have a chance to burn up all kinds of deposits around the valve and its seat to seal again?
At TDC 1,2,4 intake and 1,3,5 exhaust should have lash in them.
If I crank the engine over another 360 degrees, 4 exhaust and 5 intake have lash and I verified that it's .010 and .020.

This means that "4 exhaust and 5 intake" should have lash. I am just using your numbers (not verifying with the FSM), but it sounds to me that everything is normal assuming that the .010 is intake and the .020 is exhaust. Or, I am misunderstanding what you are saying.
