At some point I'm going to need upgraded intercooler boots.

PDR sells both a "performance grade" and "deluxe grade", does anyone know the difference?

Also, has anyone had an particularly bad or good luck with any brand or type?

Thanks.

im pretty sure the difference is the clamps. i have the deluxe setup, the clamps are beefier, and have spring loaded tensioners that keep the tension steady as the boot gets crushed down over time. The PDR kit is a huge improvement over stock.

I have a set of hoses from SPA on my truck, with there fancy stainless steel clamps. Never loosen up, look great because they come in a dozen different colors. The only downside is that they are expensive. I know they are being used on some high boost twin turbo trucks and they where holding at last report.

The hoses they sell are silicone and you get all the boost hoses, plus rad and heater hoses.

look in my readers rigs section for pics.
