Some of mine look marginal and I figured I'd replace them all while doing my KDP, injection pump, and Injector swap.

Where do I get them? I saw Piers has them but they are 125 bucks and include new clamps. I'd like to buy just the boots and reuse my clamps to save money. What size do I buy?

You buy silicone coolant hose in stick form. PDR sells it that way or any heavy truck dealer. PDR is blue in color. It will be straight, not humped like the OEM hose is.

Use the OEM clamps and use a new lock nut or getcha sum of them new spring loaded clamps from PDR or NAPA.

i like to use "high temp silicone". they have an ebay store and a website. good stuff and not too expensive. 4 or 5 layers or something like that.

Yep any good truck shop or dealer can get you them boots/hoses. Ask for 2. 5" ID silicone coolant hose. 4 - 4" sections precut can be purchased or buy a length of hose and cut yourself. I prefer the nice manufactured/nicely precut sections. Mack, Volvo, KW etc shops will have it.

BUT, remember, your lower boots are 5" long. I found that out too late... ... Fortunately, I had a 3ft section, so I had leftovers.
