I've been noticing a couple of my Intercooler hoses are getting cracked and it looks like they are degrading a bit. I guess I better get some new ones before these get holes in them and I start losing boost.

Where is the best place to get these? Cummins? Some aftermarket manufacturer? Anybody have some ideas?

Even though Piers boots are intended for high hp they'll only cost half of what others want for the stock ones.

Robert, next question you'll be asking if you buy these is how in the hell do you guys get them on. ;)

I used aerosol silicone spray to help them slip on, tight fit.

I forget the size but,

you may want to have an o-ring on hand for the cast pipe off the turbo just in case you need to loosen it to align the hoses. That ring gets cooked and once disturbed, your done.

I highly recommend the spring clamps to go with the hoses while your at it. And one more point along with what Bill said, plan on this taking a good bit of time to change out the hoses.

A big Pot of hot water to stick the hose in to soften and open the end should help along with some lube , Dry with lint free cloth work fast as possible while hot. Ron Bissett in Metro Louisville KY
