I know this will probly be a can of worms but what and wear are intercooler hoses for sale at for the 3rd gen. 2003 is what I am working on but I have googled it and 94 to 02 is no prob but not much for the 3rd gen

I have larger intercooler pipes from the turbo to the intercooler, and from the intercooler to the larger intake manifold. The pipes came with my Banks Techni-Cooler kit. found mine on ebay for 950 complete.

I have a Turbonetics ( Spearco ) intercooler to install but like yourself, have yet to find anyone selling their hoses.

http://www.turboneticsinc.com/pa_silicone.htm

what would really be nice is to also find some larger aftermarket pipes like HighRanger mentioned. Better yet... . SS pipes.

I really don't think the model year matters unless you're looking for a direct replacement. Diameter and angles are the key

I dont think you will see much improvement if you get bigger intercooler pipes, yet keep the stock intercooler and intake manifold

just my opinion

Go to www.dieselpowerproducts.com and look under intercoolers and they have a whole set of hoses for $80. 00 yes $80. 00 dollars... Just click on the Cummins logo and then like I said intercooler and then there you have it...

Give Rip a call at Source Automotive if you want the best with lifetime gurantee of boots and clamps. He carries the best. IMO

Do it once, or keep doing it.

Yeah, Rip is an awesome guy. Gonna be placing an order with him here shortly.

Generally speaking I have found that when I changed my Intercooler and messed with different turbos that each time I had a problem with trying to reuse the boots. Even tried the hair spray trick. Didn't work and each time it was new boots. They were about 2/3s the price of Rips and I've done it several times now or you can get his and be done with it. That's my reasoning anyway. Like most things, ... ... . you get what you pay for.

I have been getting numerous requests for spring loaded clamps to go with the intercooler hose kits, they should show up on the site shortly.
