intercooler installation

Just ordered a new intercooler from PDR this morning and wondering about installation. do I remove the grille or do I have to remove the rad, also will I have to discharge my a/c system. thanks

Bumper comes off then you unbolt the condenser and transmission cooler if you have one, the A/C condenser can be swung out of the way without loosing and freon then the shroud cut loose and fan has to come out so you can raise the radiator off the mounts to get the cooler out... ..... you might have to hold your mouth just right at times but you can walk it out going side to side.

I think once you start removing front end parts you'll see how it comes out. I don't think you have to remove the front bumper or do a thing with the radiator. Not sure though as I haven't worked on an IC'd truck, just IC'd my nonIC'd truck.
