I had a hose go bad on my 1998 ISB, so Rob Hansson sent me some from his 1999.

guess what, the 1999 ones are about 1/2" longer and fit much better! Now there is room for the clamp PLUS enough rubber left over so there is some hanging out past the clamp!

I bet the dealer superceded the 1999 numbers to the 1998, but I don't dare call them and ask, they will probably look up a radiator hose.

I went to the blue hoses, I believe Banks sends them out. Anyway, I got mine from the PowerShop here in town. They work fine, thats why I had the extra hoses in my toolbox.

TowPro... am glad it worked out for ya!

On my friends 3406e CAT he replaced his intercooler pipes/hoses. Anybody think there is a benefit to do this to our Cummins? I know the stock guys would likely be unaffected, but what about the BOMBed trucks?

Thanks,

Ryan
