Intercoolers, Clutch, Fuel Pump

I am soon to purchase a intercooler for my 05. I so far have a choice of City Diesel Cool-Twist ($850), Banks Techni-Cooler comes w/entire plumbing kit ($1250), or a stock intercooler with metal ends but dont know where to get one and what it might cost, all help appreciated, need to rid of this plastic pos.



Also, Looking for info on clutch and fuel pump,



1. South Bend DD 3850 12CB

OR 3850 12FB



2. FASS or RASP or ???



3. Looking for good installer for clutch and fuel pump in SouthCentral PA

AW YEA looking to end up with 550hp-700hp RWHP, after Twin Turbos, Injectors, Stack Boxes when all these are other upgrades are completed

If you're trying to decide which clutch to go with call Peter at SBC and tell him your goals, he'll set you up. He has experience not only with the manners of each model but also the wear characteristics, geometrys, etc.

The Banks IC can be had for less than the City Diesel IC if you search a few threads from the past couple weeks. Either one will be a big improvement over the stock one especially with twin turbos.



As far as DD clutches, SBC and Haisley seem to be the ones of choice. I run a Haisley DD Street Puller and couldn't be happier with it. Check them both out, and talk to both Peter and Van Haisley. They are very knowledgeable guys!



Oh yeah, and get some pics uploaded, that rig sound pretty nice!
