Interesting $20 exhaust brake

The Ford has a warmup or back pressure valve on the turbo. I don't think the dodge has this so I don't believe it will work.

First, we don't have the butterfly valve like the TP38 used on the Navistar engine.

Second, I doubt that the components were sized to be used as an exhaust brake..... I could be wrong.

I agree with the size issue to contend with the back pressure.

As far as the butterfly valve, I think there was someone here that made a valve similar to this to speed warm ups.
