Interesting Clutch Problem

I had a new clutch pun it about 15k miles ago, no problems. Now when you depress the clutch pedal it feels rough. It only acts this way when the truck is running. It's smooth when the truck is off. Any ideas would be helpfuf.

Mileage on truck, any history on clutch repairs, did you also replace the hydraulics and or the release fork? is it smooth to push the pedal engine off, but engine running and just pushing the pedal you feel something? Or does it require getting the truck started in motion to feel your symptoms?

2003 Ram 2500 4x4 With Danatrac kit. Clutch,pressure plate,throwout bearing,and flywheel all replaced. I will need to find the receipt to get the mfg. The clutch only has this problem when the truck is running.
