followup on clutch problem

This is a report on an interesting discovery for a problem with my clutch not disengaging adequately even when pushed to the floor. It turned out that a aluminum bracket that holds the clutch and brake pedals was broken and the part holding the clutch pedal was giving way so the clutch could not adequately disengage. A repair man was able to replace the bracket with one from a junk yard. the clutch in these vehicles gets a huge amount of use and puts quite ab strain on this bracket.
