I have seen that before somewhere. Very cool, but way overpriced IMHO. I want to say the price was in the $600-$800 range depending on your make/model.

Ryan, you have the price about right. It may be high but when you consider a new tailgate from Dodge will set you back $1000+...

If it was able to hinge down and also to the side like the old Dual-Action Vista Cruiser station wagon tailgates then I would consider it.

Ford Excursion has this "Dutch" Tailgate.



Sure wish you the tailgate had the option of opening it like the pictures show AND opening like a conventional tailgate...
