Hi all,
I have a question about protecting the interior of the door panel on our pickup.
Our dog often rides in the back seat of the truck. I fold out the flat floor for him and enjoys the ride. He stays put and travels well except for the slobbering down of the interior door panel.
I often have to wash the dog slobber from the panel.

My question is:
do you think some type of shrink wrap would cling to the door panel?

Any suggestions?

I don't think that saran wrap type would but what about the kind construction folks use to cover carpet (among other things)floors when they are working inside a house it isn't really sticky but seems a bit sticky. Home depot or the like would have it. Probably find it in the paint or flooring dept. It is just a plastic protective film comes on a roll.

Barry is offering a good solution. I have a roll of sticky film that I purchased for the wife's painting business. It is a bit sticky, enough to stick to a carpet. It is the same thing that is over the carpet in display RV's at dealers. I searched and finally bought a roll from Grainger.

Where you only need a chunk I would swing by an RV dealer and see if they would spare a piece.

Mike.
