Interior Light?

This may sound stupid but I'm wondering on an '05 Ram 3500 Quad Cab when you open the doors the interior lights come on & when you close them they go out. My question is are you able to turn on each one seperatly buy pushing the light so it could come on when the doors are closed? Thanks

If you push either light, it should come on when the doors are closed.

They dont. I looked at the bulb on the Driverside & it looks good.

That's weird. It should be possible to turn those lamps on and off at will. I'm stumped why yours don't work this way.
