Interior plastic molding & metal screws

On my 1991 W250 4X4 my interior plastic molding is breaking apart and the screws are falling out since most of them are stripped. I understand that there are some sheet metal screws that have the same size head as the original but are one size bigger on the threads. Does anyone know where I could get some of these screws and new plastic molding?

The trim may still be available from DC. They would have to be painted to match. I dont know of any aftermarket manufacturers. Could try a wrecking yard. I go to a hardware store and get some stainless screws that are a close match. Chrome screws are getting hard to find. Im restoring a 55 Chev and stainless buffs up to a chrome look.
