Archived Intermitent light, dash and CC drop-out - traveling-help!

At highway speeds (65 MPH and 1800 rpm) notice fluctiuation in the lights and dash accompanied by very slight blip or drop in the cruise control. The drop or blip in both lights and CC is less than a second. The drops can be smaller or bigger, but never a full drop out.



Looking at the wiring diagrams I am left wondering if this is a problem with the fuel heater relay. Far away from parts support (traveling in Mexico). Am I close to a total loss of the electrical system? Any reccomendations?

Fuel heater relay only runs fuel heater it is truned on by the computer when the fuel heater sensor sends data that the fuel is below 40 degrees (I think that is the right temp, turns off at 80 degrees).



I would look for something that corresponds to the lights,dash and Cruise control such as grounds or power source.
