I was towing about 6k the other day and lost power. The engine was still running, but it would only pull about 2-3psi and pressing the pedal didn't help. I would let off, and then hit the gas, and it would pull up to 15 or 20 psi again. Sometimes it would hold for a minute, sometimes not, and then if it did hold, it would eventually drop power again. I had no errors.

Any thoughts? I really need to address this. It was pretty disconcerting wondering how I was going to get a 5k lb truck and a 6k lb trailer back to the house from 100 miles away.

This is my 99 auto. The only mods are FASS and EDGE juice with attitude.

Check for codes... . I bet your APPS sensor needs calibrated or the contacts cleaned. My truck did the same thing & no codes were present until it died completely. TDR mag issue 54 page 20 explains how to clean the APPS.

I tried that before, but they had issues getting mine scanned and cleared. I wonder if there's an issue with the Juice?

Is this procedure posted somewhere online? My TDR mag is missing.

Thanks
