97 2500 4x4 Brake Problem. Need shop in So CA.

I have an INTERMITTENT low brake peddle almost always at low RPM when my foot is not on the accelerator the peddle goes just about to the floor. Shops have replaced the master cylinder, and the RWAL valve; flushed the system and bleed the system numerous times and the Problem is still present. Brake fluid is not leaking anywhere. I have vacuum, the exhaust brake and curse control are working. I have no problem with the power steering. The hydro bost unit appears to be working; the brakes can be applied 3 times with the engine turned off. The rear brakes are adjusted close.

With all the work you've had done I would start to suspect its not in the brake system - its the hydroboost. Even though it appears to be ok there can still be problems. For one thing Dodge NEVER provided a means to cool the P/S fluid on our trucks (it can be done with a rail cooler) despite all the work it does. I would take the truck out and really hammer the brakes alot - then check the temp of the hydro - too hot to touch?? that's what mine did before the seals in it finally failed. There are also many well-schooled brake gurus residing here who hopefully will chime in.

YEA, 11 week and 4 shops later they found the problem in 5 minutes. 1/4 " play in the right front wheel bearing. Low brake peddle finally resolved.
