2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission intermittent wipers

Been having a problem with my wipers. They work fine on low and high. Sometimes the delay function will work for a few passes up to a minute, then there is a click under the dash and they run on low w/ no delay.



Also, the wipers rarely return to "home" position when turned off (motor problem?).



How many times are the wipers supposed to make a pass before shutting off after using the washer? Mine seem to run to many times and wind up leaving streaks.

Mine just did the same thing. It's the relay in the PDC under the hood. Pulled it out put it in and bingo works mint!
