Well, on November 1, 2003 the Internet Sales & Access Tax Moratorium will expire ... opening up to the individual state the power to tax any and all purchases, but more importantly tax ISP access ... especially high speed DSL, cable modem, etc...

Also (and I know it use to be a hoax story), but states could attempt to place a tax on emails at their source!!!!

The states are so hungry for taxes they will do anything for new tax revenues.

If the Ban on Internet taxes expires, I will definitely cancel my home Internet access and just use the Internet at work (on my lunch hour that is :D )

What are your thoughts on this money grab by big gov't?

Isn't it about time for armed rebellion in this country???

My feelings and associated comments that I would say could not be posted in ANY forum!!!! If I DID post them,,,, I would definitely be banned from this site!!!

Enough said!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The people that were for the tax cut by The present admin in Washington, are now about to reap the new tax problems of Local and State tax people. How can any one think you can cut tax add jobs build roads bridges , and repair and replace aging sewer ,wire , security and hundred other ongoing cost . Plus the give a way programs . And Support the troops , Only the rich will see a gain , workers will find less jobs and lower pay if they loose the job they have now and have to find a new one . As to asking if its time to have armed rebellion thats against the Law and any one that advocates this is not using their head , thats what the vote is fore and the elected official we can partition for help . Same folks that just gave them self a large pay raise . Ron Bissett In Metro Louisville KY:confused:
