iPhone 7.0.2 update don't GO PAST this version IT won't work!!!!

I was told today by my dealer, to not update my iPhone past Version 7. 0. 2 or the (2013 brand NEW to me 3500 Ram) radio and iPhone will NOT work correctly. I found this out because my phone version is 7. 0. 2 works fine, but my wives iPhone is newer and i couldn't get the truck to accept her newer iPhone. Big bummer for a brand new truck Evidently it's like everything else these day lately folks are putting electronics out there for people to use without getting all the kinks out!! BTW when I got home to charge my iPhone first thing i got was an UPDATE for my phone too 7. 0. 3 ******* What needs to fix bugs is the ram Radios !!!

I'm running 7. 0. 3 and my 2010 is working just fine, made a phone call on it this am. Is this strictly an issue on 2013 and newer? I find that hard to believe but modern Shiite never ceases to amaze me.

7. 0. 3 with my 2013 here. Used the bluetooth phone and music several times today.
I think your dealer is full of it.
Try deleting (forgetting) the saved phone then re-pairing it and see if it works.
