Well we finally got it installed this weekend. Big thanks to the guy's at J&H Performance in Redding, CA. It was a long day as we did a few other things as well 
Everything went great, the Haisley adaptor (including longer bell housing bolts) bolted right up and the clutch went in real smooth. Joel did have to reset the end play after installing the new 10" input shaft. as far as everything else lining up, I will need to notch the floor only about 1/4" to ensure its in 4 lo all the way. I don't have a slip yoke on the rear of the T-Case either so I had to load it on the trailer in front wheel drive and will take the rear drive line in to be shortened the 3/4" and balanced. Other then that no other issues that I can think of.
Not sure how this possible but first impressions reveal the Iron Giant III is quieter, and the peddle presure is less.
