April 15th is the true April fools day. The goverment has us all fooled into believing we owe them $$$. Being the fools that we are we pay them. That & the fact that they threaten us with incarceration.

I don't mind paying taxes to run our country. I just wish they would spend my $$ more wisely.

A fairer tax would be nice, like a consumption tax that even the ileagles & rich would be paying.

I'll second the motion... ... but first we will have to rid the majority of Americans of their class envy and force government to give up the power that an income tax gives them. Billions of dollars thrown away every year complying with the current income(which creates a consumption tax also, double taxation) and all I ever here is how the government is spending to much money on pork barrel projects..... that is exactly what the current income tax system was designed to do. Hide taxes from view to pay for pork barrel spending. To fix the problem you must first change the system.
