Tech topic: Pacbrake stops functioning while on the road

ok so heres the scary part i have BEEN to India and thats exactly how it is. i was not even driving and i was ready to poop myself. i felt so bad for Alex. when i was in the car there we ran over a dude on a bicycle and didn't even stop i was like what in the world. Also notice most of the cars the mirrors are gone. I did buy a horn from over there like they have its pretty cool!

johnboy is right, that is reality over there. i had to go over there on business a couple of times. we were driven by the space agency and it was scary. we were in mercedes and i couldn't believe my eyes. passing trucks was done to right or left and forget lines in road. the little three wheel taxi's were fair game. insanity reins surpreme. i can't imagine driving anything, let alone a truck, on their mountain roads.

i found my horn i bought over there. might try and put it on my truck and honk like they do over there!!! i just laugh every time i think about the driving there...

YouTube - India Driving here is just a little glimpse of the driving lol

did you notice when you were there that all the cars trucks 3 wheel things are all made by TATA?

If ABC wants to boost their ratings on "Dancing with the Stars" even more, they need to get Lisa on that show. Just think of all the trucker-types that want to see Lisa in something FAR LESS than Carharts and down parkas. I can see the truck stops now... . parking lots full of rigs from 8:00-10:00pm on Monday nights. .

As for IRT Deadliest Roads, I watched it last night. All I can say is Alex had the right idea... . get out of there before you die. There's pretty much no way someone who learn to drive in North America should ever do something like this. It is more of a cultural thing than a drive skills thing.

I think that's a good point.

While I am a regular IRT watcher, this "Deadliest Roads" seems like a rather unnecessary ploy for ratings. I'll watch it, and probably enjoy it, but I keep asking myself, "why?"

And why bring back Rick? He's annoying.

Lisa, on the other hand, seems to get more attractive every season.

never noticed that. we were not allowed to ride in the 3 wheelers. in fact all our transportation was supplied. thankfully :). i did notice that the repair shops had a lot of help from above, one named "baby jesus auto repair". seemed like they had a lot of business.

I enjoyed watching IRT when my schedule allows. I will set the DVR for tomorrow. Some things about the show are displayed perfect for the camera. On the other hand the audio crew needs a few lessons form experenced drivers. Audio sux. They could place (duct tape) mics at various places on the rigs to catch and insert some neat audio. I have yet to hear a turbo or serious gear crunching. As you can see the video crew has done their homework.
Giid idea on dancing with Lisa.
No way, I'm going to India and drive a silly painted up wooden Taata.
