Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) is it a vp44 problem?

i have a 1999 and i have recently in the past 2 years changed out the vp44 and replaced the factory lift pump with the fass, i also have the edge comp and sumpermental injectors today i was drivin along about 70 and hit the gas and it was acting like it was running out of diesel i do not know what kind of fuel pressure i have i dont have a gauge yet or could it be the TPS?

I bet it is the APPS... Did it do this after driving at the same speed for a litle bit?
