Is it worth a new stock radio?

Are there replacement head units available for a 1993 d250? Or is it best to go aftermarket? This truck is in 95% condition and I want to keep it as stock as possible.

Good question...mine quit working six months from new. Don't know how resale/collectibility is affected by them, but if you just want to keep it looking near-stock/period correct, maybe something like this retro-look piece?

There's a lot of later model takeouts that work great since the flat face double Din works super. I have an 03 Ram AM/ FM/CD/Cassette in my 78 Dodge LRE. Have it feeding 4KW amp and 2KW sub under the seat.

When I had my 1st Gen Ram W250 Club Cab, had a Caravan Radio feeding big amps too.

Anyhoo, I like the stock look, but if you like it, aftermarket is great with additional features like BT hands free, streaming etc....
