I would bet that it is a 2. 8 . I would definetly get an external wastegate for it with that tiny exhaust housing you would spool it into orbit.

I got the pleasure of watching one of those turbos get sent to orbit this year by a buddys pull truck, 60+ lbs of boost + 1800+ degrees dont mix in that turbo, ohter than that its not a bad turbo.

I think it's a 2. 7 with clockwise rotation...



Also, I like the turbine discharge... never seen pipe thread used there before. Very interesting.



Billet compressor wheels (fins) aren't new... but they work sweet from what I've heard.

billet wheels are heavier, but they don't blow up like cast wheels...

01 HO with DD3 spool it?

Anybody have any ideas what size exhaust housing that is? I wouldn't mind running it on my 01 with DD3's. How well does everyone think it would work. This guy lives like 10 miles from my house so it would be an easy pick up for me.

You might not have enough fuel with the DD3's to run comfortably.

For the money your not going to get a better turbo.
