Is the power window switch bezel interchangable between a 94 & 99?

My driver side power window switch took a dump. Has been an intermittant problem for 2+ years. Thought I had it. Then it quit completely. At least now I can fix it for good. #ad


Anyway, from the post about retrofitting the window switch, I've ordered the '99 part. (BOMBed window switch?) #ad
The other part of the deal is that the cheap clips have broken off the bezel so now the connector and switch try to fall out the bottom. If I have to replace the bezel, I may as well get the one that matches the switch, right? (I am using the same logic for the injectors #ad
)

So, will the bezel for the '99 fit a '94?

Can't answer your question, but I have a question. Did you find out will the new switch plug right and and work fine. Are there any other mods you need to make to get the switch to work of fit properly (if you were reatining the 94 bezel)?

How much did the dealer get you for the switch?

Could be 99 or newer.
Could be 94-98.

Poked my nose into a 2k+1 (is that the proper description). Bezels look the same. Only difference is the SWITCH. It says "AUTO" on it. #ad

So, I will order a replacement (94) Monday when I pick up my new switch.

The 99 switch retro will not fit 94-97 models. The only retro is to the 98, which has the same switch, just not auto down.
