2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Is there a way to replace the foam in the center console lid?

My foam is breaking down and there is a dip where my arm rests (actually it was there why I bought the truck).



It is getting worse and starting to annoy me - I'd rather not spend the almost 200 bucks for a new one.



Anyone know how to replace it or where to get the hard foam?

I replaced my combination center seat / console with a Ford Van floor console for added storage.



I have the entire seat and console available for sale... ...

1996 grey cloth, in truck for 1 year, sat in maybe twice, been stored insided in a clsoet for 6 years.
