Ok - what causes this..... Running about 40ish and rig seems to be - hard to explain - but there appears to be a slight bounce - like you're running over speed bumps - BUT NOT THAT MUCH - maybe a SHRUDDER... ... Speed up it does away. It is not the road surface.

At the speed mentioned, it sounds like the torque covertor lock-up clutch is slipping during engagement. If the clutch is already locked up, maybe the pressure isn't high enough to hold it. Is the transmission stock? If not, given the engine mods (and the 3. 54 gears), I would keep O/D locked out 'til 50mph or better.

Since you have 24v engine (electronically controlled engine), I don't know if it has the same throttle position sensor (TPS) that is used on the 12v trucks to control the trany or not. Haven't had a chance really look a 24v. over. If it does, it may need to be adjusted or cleaned.

Mine suddered too, even with engine in stock form. I put in a new governor pressure solenoid and gov. pressure sensor in yesterday. Need to drive it some more to be sure, it so far it SEEMS to have gone away. Have only driven 15 miles so far. It only shuddered when the oil was warm, not cold.
