No, this is a Yamaha Stryker. Everything appears to be stock. Pretty nice bikes IMO.

Ive Been looking into Victorys alot lately, there very nice bikes! All it took was one ride and I was hooked.

Looks a lot like a Victory Vegas 8 ball.

It looks similar. The giveaway is the air cleaner, the pipes, the bracket on the rear fender. Also, the 8-ball handlebars seems a little more raked back.
