One of the first times I went to the track I was back in the pits and some drunk guys came up and said... . you go propane on this... . hence the joke... . Got Propane!

It's almost as bad as..... you got a chip in it  ..... I got your chip!

Yes Jim... Got Propane... is what I was poking at... but I thought you were on the dyno when that was said... Oh well...

I almost want to get a banks sticker and cross it out so people would quit asking... Jim I would hate... (it would be funny on the outside. . ) to hear some the comments you get about your truck. .

That thing got a hemi... . lol...

I got asked so many times that when I was at Muncie I found the cure. A lic plate that says "NO it's NOT a Hemi" I put that on my headache rack... . and haven't been asked since... . I beat one last night... but that wasn't even a challenge... . I had to back out of it so I didn't make him feel bad. Kids with Daddys trucks... .

Banks and propane suck!!!!!!!!!!! I do like the question though "That got a chip in it" , what a dumbass question!!

yeah, an old boy in a 24v C&C was checking out my stacks and talking with me at the pumps about his son's Powerstroke... said it was the fastest truck around... then he asked me if I "had a chip in it"

when I told him it was all mechanical but it was cranked way up, I think he was still holding onto the fantasy that his son's truck was the baddest thing on earth! LOL!

It *might* be enough fuel. Putting more air into it might help.

30 year ago, I mighta said it had a blown vacuum modulator, black smoke not withstanding. :)

People at the fuel pump always make a point of telling me that my rings are bad because mine idles white smoke. Oh and every tractor pull around here I go to people tell me what I "need" to do. "Man, she would really pull w/ some propane!" :( "Man, you should mix gasoline in w/ the diesel, it will really kick arse then!" I guess everybody else knows best.

Sad part is my injectors are bigger! I just run smaller DV's, you can put big DV's with my injectors and it gets ugly real quick.
