Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Is this gasket shot?

I disconnected the elbow at the back of my exhaust manifold yesterday. The last time it was off was about 770,000 miles ago. Is this gasket still usable?:-laf

Thats quite impressive, but throw it back on and see if you can get 1,000,000 out of it

Gary, mine came off in pieces long ago. Reassembled without it. No leaks since. Course now it would be too small anyway!!

It turns out the gasket is only applicable to exhaust brakes, the Jacobs in particular. I had to go to the installation sheet to get the part number. Neither Cummins or Dodge show it anywhere. The special order is being drop shipped from the factory, even the Cummins warehouse in Ft. Worth doesn't stock it.

The part number does not show in either Dodge nor Cummins data bases. It is only listed in the installation instruction sheet. For anyone who is interested the Cummins part# is 3929058
