I'm going to go ahead and pull off the door emblem on my 3500 but I was wondering if it was stuck on or had screws/bolts through it that would leave holes when I pulled it off.

Also, going to pull the Laramie SLT badge off the C pillar of the cab so is that stickied on or bolted on?

Thanks guys.

They're stuck on. You can use a hair dryer to soften 'em up, then pull 'em off, you allready know how to remove the sticky remains, don't ya? :D

Try using fishing line (spider wire works good) or thin string (dental floss maybe) to remove the badge from the backing.

Hold the two ends and slip it behind at one side and working in a sawing motion continue until you get to the other end and the badge falls off. Then remove the left-over glue.

Beats trying to pry it off with a screwdriver or putty knife.

Maiming in progress......

When using the plasma torch you have to leave the window up or else you end up with frosted glass

Don't get me started... ..... lol

Hmmm... I like all of your ideas but why don't I just take off the door and run doorless! No real effort involved there!

Use the narrow alley rapid reverse method... ... increases airflow also... ..... less rpm drop in auto trannies to lock-up ... ... whoopps... ... . did I write that?
