is this RV a good ctd candidate?

Modifiers, i need your opinions and expertise on this possible project. i,ll post as many knowns as i have available . the candidate is a 32ft motor home Dodge mod#M500 wb-178 in. front axel 5000 lb,trans A 727 auto, R/A spicer 70 OHD,10,000 lb 4. 56, Eng,440-3, wheels 19. 5x6. 0, 5st DSC and JPR, 800x195 10L NB. 2 ton dodge chassis. The body is a Kings Highway, it has 68678 miles on the unit. Most of the info above i know what it refers to but a couple of the #s not comments please.

I think the question is, why wouldn't it be? Hey, if a Travco 270 can be done, why not a KH? It's a nice coach too.
