With no description of what size it is, and nothing there for reference (like a pop can) for all we know it is a non-wastegated HX10 off a skid steer.



You can buy turbos non-wastegated at retail (BIG ONES) all day for up to a grand.



That price sounds like a dealer price... Think a lot tech walked out the door with one? Maybe shop ordered and it did not come out of the shipping box and made it to the dumpster?
