Looks like a regular cab, not a club/quad cab. Notice the VIN? A "1" first character indicated US manufacture, as opposed to the Mexican "3". I thought most/all of the CTD rams were "se habla Espanol".

If these guys can get almost $23K for that truck, they need to load up on freezers to sell to Eskimos.

That truck isnt worth over 13K, especialy with an automatic slushbox. I sold my 97 SLT reg cab SLT 4x4 for $14000. No snow plow prep or overhead console, but who needs that when you can run 13's in the quarter. :D

Yeah 22k is way to high, I havn't looked in a while but it seems that 14k would be a pretty nice deal.

Couple years ago when I was looking there was a family run dealer is PA... I think it was Hop Bottom? Always had good prices of dodge trucks...

Look at eBay there are some nice deals there:

here's a '98 std cab 4x4 went for 15. 1k

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=31831&item=2403445717&rd=1

here's a better one '99 QC 4x4 106k went for 17. 1k
