Possible solutions to a few drive train problems?

After changing my boost elbow back to stock, my truck seemed to be running a few pounds less boost. So I did a boost leak check with the good old water and dish soap in a spray bottle and lo and behold the hose that goes outof the turbo before the intercooler bubbled up like a bubbler garden hose. I’m guessing this isn’t right. This hose is different than all the others as it has a wire reinforcing in/on it. I was putting about 20 PSI into the system through a plug that I made that goes on the filter end of the intake tube. All the other connections were fine. Has anyone else checked or had a problem with boost leaks? Does someone make a good aftermarket hose for this location?
