Bought my CTD new in March 2005. It was a 2004. 5 model . Has had a few issues. Rear universal joint at 35k. Lift pump upgrade at 60k. Wheel bearinig at 50k. All in all its a heck of a truck. Love it. Trucks this size will always need parts and maintenance. I've got 93k on this truck. We use the truck as our main vehicle.

Lets see 90k APS went right in front of a dealer in Denver,Couldnt have happened at a better place. 100k first set of tires and pads. I replaced the lift pump at 140k,was working fine but didnt want to take any chances. Hydro booster about the same time,It was starting to leak. One Injector shortly after that. Replaced that myself after dealer wanted $3600 for 6 injectors because they couldnt figure out which one was bad. One wheel bearing at 170k,only time ive been stranded with it. Water pump somewhere around there along with new idler pulley. Inner, outer tierods, upper and lower ball joints at 180K. Power steering pump at 190k. Due for another set of tires. Regular maint always performed, belts hose fitler, oil changes ect. Ive been very happy with it the 5 years ive owned it. I hope to get another 5 or more out of it.
