Growing pains... ... .

Most likely every new product will have them in one way or another. Isspro has a way of making it happen, despite the inaccuracy. Autometer, however, made no attempt to rectify their still occurring slow responsive boost gauges. Their answer was... . we say it's right. My answer was, time for a new brand of gauge.

Final results after doing the half-turn left adjustments seem to be very acceptable.

- Cruising at about 70 (5 lbs boost) gives 650*.

- Max EGT I can reach (unloaded on flat land) is about 1050* (Should go higher towing up long grades). Have VA, DD1's, Boost module/elbow.

- Extended idle 4-5 minutes shows about 265*, and after a freeway drive, it takes about 1 to 1-1/2 minutes to get to the low side of 300*.

These numbers seem to be close to what has been posted by others w/ similar setups.

IMO, If you believe your EV gauge is reading high, and you dont want to go through the hassle of removing the amplifier box & wiring harness for a replacement, you should be very close by making the adjustment recommended by the factory.

By the way, I have no connections w/ Isspro or DIS, other than being one of their satisfied customers.

EGT

after turing the pot screw 1/2 turn counterclockwise, i'm showing 600*-650* cruising at 60 MPH on the level. that is pretrubo. hope that is fairly accurate. this is a stock truck otherwise. :)
