Hello All,

I am starting this poll so we can prove to the Higher-Ups at Isspro the importance of a 0-40psi(Previously was 30psi, but because of popular 12-Valve we are now trying for a 40psi gauge) EV Series Electric Fuel Pressure Gauge for us Diesel Guys...

Here is a copy of an email that I received from Kelly at Isspro:

Andy,

I have not received confirmation as to when I will have these available. I will be forwarding on your e-mail and others like yours to the powers that be to try and re-iterate the importance and need for this gauge and sending unit. I completely agree with the need for this gauge and am just having difficulties getting it developed.

I would appreciate it if you would start an internet poll so I can provide up to date information to the proper channels. I know this has been going on for quite sometime but I would love to show them the demand in black and white. I will forward on all of the e-mails I do receive. Please have them use a subject line of "Electric Fuel Press" so I can determine which of my

e-mails need immediate attention.

Thanks again,

Kelly S Brouner

As you can see, Kelly is on our side. . We just need to prove it is a viable project for them to persue and put effort into. So if you could, please vote in this poll if you would be interested in an Isspro EV Series 0-30psi Electric Fuel Pressure Gauge.

Thank You for all of your help...

Good Job Andy- Hopefully we can generate enough interest, and between you, Piers and others, prove our case.

I was reeeeally interested in this gauge, but.....

I'm tired of waiting, and... .

I have since decided that I would prefer monitoring the inlet and outlet pressures at the filter, and Westach has sent me the part numbers for a 2" dual 0-30 psi gauge and senders.

FYI, they are:

Gauge - 2DC3-209 dual 0-30 psi

Sender - 387-30V2-C (two required)

Light kit - P/N 186

Not everything is on the Westach website.

You need a gauge that will read higher than 30psi if you want to monitor FP on a 12v. A 40psi gauge would be ideal. Would be even better if someone made one.

very interested...

Mr. Sebek,

The prospect of a 0-30psi EV Series Electric Fuel Pressure Gauge from IssPro fascinates me. Please continue in your quest to get this much needed product into the hands of the needy (namely us TDR guys)... :D

A very enthusiastic two thumbs up from Redneck Virginia... :D

Desperado, DKevdog,

Westach does have a 50 psi fuel pressure gauge. Sort of a special order item, but they made one up for me. You have to come up with your own sender and plumbing, but those parts are readily available. PM me for details if you're interested.

Same Here

SmokinRam,

That email you received from them must be a canned response because I emailed them also and received the exact same response. I bet they have been getting numerous requests about the electronic fuel pressure sending unit. Just FYI...

And I am also interested in this setup.

Rob

A canned response wouldn't be cool, but I'm sure Kelly is sharp enough to save her text and not retype it all when everybody on TDR e-mails her.

I'll just keep calling her. She gives great phone

service. ;)

If you can't get enough buyers together for them to warrant making a new gauge perhaps if you upped the 30psi to 40 so the 12 valve guys could use them you may get more customers.

I agree with ilflem. Out of 15,000+ members I only see 37 votes on the poll so far, which is probably a far cry from the level of interest Isspro needs to even consider this gauge.

Keep the votes coming folks :)

40psi

Sorry Guys,

I should have tried for a 40psi gauge from the beginning... I just updated my original post to read 0-40psi gauge.

So lets keep this going and hopefully we will end up with a great gauge for both 24-Valves and 12-Valves.

Thanks for all your support.

Andy

Up to a 50 Count in only three days... ... ... ... hmmm no interest eh?

I wonder how many they want to see before they'll do us one?
