I install my new isspro fuel pressure gauge. Electronic model r17055G. Now the gauge is pinned at 40 lbs. I unplugged the gauge and it is still pinned at 40 lbs. Any ideas?

sounds like it was dropped before you got it and when you hit 40 for the first time the needle got stuck... just a theory. or a manufacturing defect, you should be able to get it replaced.

you shouldn't have ever hit 40 psi fuel pressure, it should be running somewhere around 15 psi. It does sound like you got a bad guage. I would contact whoever you bought it from and see about getting a replacement.
