Isspro Performax guages

I'm looking for feedback on these guages.

I have one Di Pricol and am thinking about converting to the Performax line.

There is a $100 rebate on now and the system is capable of datalogging through a laptop PC.

I looked at these briefly and they looked very nice. But they are a little different in that all of them require a separate "central processor" that can run up to 17 gauges. But it is still needed even if you only run one gauge. The processor them itself cost about $200 I think. Plus the gauges are very expensive. They a probably the nicest gauges that can be had, but you pay for it.

The gauges are cheaper but you do need one processer for up to 17 gauges. The price is the same or cheaper than the DiProcols if you buy 3 gauges and you start saving money if you buy more than 4. And that doesn't even factor in the rebate. Check prices at Diesel Manor or Pure Cummins Diesel Performance.

They aslo make an EV2 line that is stand alone (no CPU/ESP required)

Datalogging is a huge plus though and I'm not completely happy with the bluish color of the DiPricols at night.

i want! iv been looking for a system that will monitor sensors that i install and link to a laptop so i can see how my truck performed

Yes, the datalogging is a huge plus for anyone serious about performance.

I've been running them for a few months now and like them. Switched over from the EV series and they are different. They light up great at night all gauges being lit evenly. The install is more user friendly and cleaner because there all electric. There is only one controll unit to hook up, insted of one per gauge. It also has a total recall function. After a hard pull or race you press a button and the gauges will return to their max values, or min values for something like fuel pressure. Allowing you to see what got hot and what fell a bit low etc.



Drawbacks... The lighting is adjustible seperate from the dimmer, although I wish they could be dimmed down a bit more when the dash dimmer is at max. The other is they are slightly noisy. They make a small tick or buzz sound when they move. Like is stop and go traffic when the boost gauge is jumping slightly.



Overall I like them. Using 6 right now and dont really plan to get anymore. I got the White face, red pointer, black bezel. Match pretty good.

How well does the green lighting match the OEM gauges at night? I think the Di Pricols are a little too bluish.

I think there close. Deffinently GREEN.

I have them in my 05 and I am very happy with them. They match the orginal gauges very well.

I have them in my 04 and I like them a lot. They are very close to the factory lighting and look. I have the white faced version. The recall is really nice.

On the dimming, did you use the button on Performax to adjust them below the factory lighting, and they are still too bright?
