Can anyone copy the article about the sport headlight conversion and send it to me. I'm told it's on page 50. I'm a new member and wasn't able to get this issue. Or if anyone can tell me how to get this issue that's even better. Thanks to all

Sdriv, in the cover of your current copy (if you haven't torn it off) there's an order form for back issues. Even before my first issue ever got here (#26, arrived day before Thanksgiving), I ordered every back issue of the TDR - even the "ancient" ones going back to the early '90s. Even though the really old stuff hasn't brought me as much great information as those from issue #17 or later, I ALWAYS have learned something from every issue. Besides, it gives you something to read while waiting for the NEXT TDR. It was a bit pricey (over $100 for everything), but I received the package in the mail with ALL issues in it probably within a week of ordering. I still use these back issues as great reference material.

Happy Rammin'!

Westach gauges in the A-pillar. Kickaway Side Steps. Tailsafe, Steadfast Ignition Armor and other security stuff. Silencer ring and muffler OUT - Love that sound! Performance mods in the distant future...

FYI: you can access the index to articles in the back issues on this web site. Check the home page menu for "TDR Index".

I'm with Tulsa618 on this one. I did the same thing when I bought my 1st Ram in '96. The back issues are excellent reference material. My favorite example, although at this time I don't remember which issue it was, probably 22 or 23, is Jim Anderson's article on what to do if your truck won't start. He went through a whole procedure on diagnosing fuel problems and how to cure problems by doing a little detective work, and it was written in plain English. He explained the procedures on both 12- and 24-valve engines. That one article alone is worth a couple of years' TDR memberships if it saves you from having to pay a tow truck driver to tow you home. If you have to pay a garage to fix it, heck, you could have ordered all the back issues and had money leftover!
